Simply put you cannot say these democrat talking point one liners without knowing where these numbers come from and how they twist them to make a one liner simply designed to make a knee jerk reaction.

i bet few of you guyes live on less than a grand a month . and there isant any help from the goverment becouse even if your family gives you some food to eat the goverment deducts it from your disabilty check if thay find it out.
the greed of the rich blind them from the truth.

I happen to be on disability and the government has never deducted for anything, be it at the state or federal level. With the amount of coin I have comming in from investments and savings I would be at the top of their hit list if they were going to do that.

The good game of taking care of yourself? Dang it. You caught me. I'm only a second gen american who got hooked on welfare (the real drug lazyness) and now living in the barrio with my other vatos, drinking beer and smoking mota. lol
Actually I worked my way through college, have a job that pays quite well, and living the american dream. I work, play and well raise fish.

yet again, if there is a flat tax, and EVERYONE pays the same percentage, you are going to find the lower income people hurting more than the higher income people.
As for charity given to you, i believe you can receive 10k per person giving before you have any deductions.
(also, welcome to the boards. while i'm not 100%, spelling and grammar go a long way when typing, and your post was sorta hard to read.)

This is the most disgusting outlook on life. I feel sorry for anyone who thinks this way. Pathetic.

I grew up watching my Grandparents raise large families, work hard (blue collar jobs for Grandfathers, Grandmothers stayed home), and save for their own retirements....
what's wrong with that model?

Flat tax is an excellent idea. However, you would have to have the tax take affect after say the first $20,000 of income to keep it from harming families in the low income range.

EXCEPT that is NOT a flat tax!!
