Reef Supplements

This may belong in the "New Kid" threads, but I figure you guys would certainly be able to help out. Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about the Seachem Reef Pack Fundamentals? Other than calcium (obviously important) how important are other additives like trace elements and amino acids to the reef? Don't these get replenished when you do a water change? Thanks!

I go by the rule of don't add trace elements you don't test for. This rule has served me well and probably saved me lots of $$ over the long run.

the only elments i add to my tank is kalkwasser to rasie the calcium. I have no choice on salt as i won 13 cases of IO salt at MACNA this past year.
