I have a problem, I have a 65 gallon Uni-Aquarium it's acrylic and has the sump essentially built into the back of the tank. These are pretty common so I'm hopeing someone will know what they are about since I do not have a Digital camera. I have no idea on how I can add a refugium without having to have it ABOVE the tank. I would really like to have a 20 gallon under in the stand but cannot just put an additional overflow onto the back because the acrylic has a lip about 3/4 of an inch and the water drops down?!!?!? It has 80lbs of LS and I am going to purchase 50-80lbs of LR (can't decide) I want to start with a FOWLR but I know I will upgrade to reef when I can afford lighting.... any thoughts are greatly apperciated Thanks Everyone!

I'm familiar with the type. Can you fit a refugium right next to your aquarium? It would be ideally suited for this.

Setup two siphons. One goes from your display to the refugium and the other goes from the refugium to the built-in filtration system in back of your tank.
