found it and its close to 300$ deff not going to get that haha
my surface skimmer is only 11$ and the HOB refugium is only 155

Plus i head protein skimmers do more harm then good? I forgot where I was reading it but someone said that it takes a lot of the good things floating in ur water out of your water with some of the bad things.

NO, sorry.....I bet there are some, I just don't know any....Can you contact any of these places? Maybe they can get it?
I am sure there are some...just keep looking at the protein skimmers and see if you see anything that looks like it has 2 sections

Maybe someone more knowledgeable than me (like Joe

) will have an answer for you

IDK about that....You wouldn't believe the amount of ICKY stuff that comes out of a protein skimemr...I know nothing about surface skimmers either...sorry

Protien skimmer although not required especially on small tanks do much more good than harm, they do pull some trace elements out of the water but regular water changes will remedy that.
A surface skimmer will help to keep the surface of the water clear helping with oxygen exchange.
