Refugiums and livestock!!

Is it good to have inverts in a refugium such as peppermint shrimp or similar? It would be my belief not to have anything in the fuge except copapods and macroalgae.

dont put red legs or blue leg hermits in either? what about snails?

I put some ghost shrimp in there to hopefully culture them. Hopefully that will be ok.
Got enough pods in my display now anyway.

If the goal is to protect the Ghost Shrimp then it's perfectly appropriate to put them in your refugium.
