Return pump / powerhead question

I know you want around 10x the turnover for the tank. Is that just through the sump or does that include what the powerheads turnover too?
What are some good brand powerheads?
What return pump should I run on a 90?

I use two Korilla 3's in mytank I like them alot.

You don't need 10X turnover through the sump, just in the tank. Powerheads do count.
20X is a better number though.

So a mag 7 and 2 Koralia 2 powerheads should be good?
That should be about 1900 gph.
