Wow. I'm glad this was posted, I was actually going to order something from there but I won't now. It sounds like there is a large possibility that it could turn into a hassel. Every company makes mistakes, but when there is such a huge disregard for a customer-not returning phone calls, wrong tracking number etc. I don't want any part of it. Thanks.
