Scooter Blennys are awesome fish, they're so fun to watch.
Before considering a scooter, you should have a well establish tank with lots of live rock and a lot of copepods/amphipods. These 'pods' need a lot of live rock to reproduce. As far as I know, the Scooter doesn't eat pods exclusively, unlike the Mandarin fish. You can get away with also feeding them live brine and some worms. They also eat Microfauna. They are reef safe and usually get along with most. I'm not sure if you can have more than one in a tank though.
