Romaine Lettuce

is it really good to feed tang romaine lettuce?

Not sure how good it is for them, mine loves to eat it but I switched to spinach because I heard it is better and he loves to eat that too.

Terestrial foods are probably OK as a treat as long as all chance of pesticide contamination is eliminated.
A better food would be raw Laver or Nori.

i heard you can feed them romaine lettice but you should boil it for no more than 2 min before you put it in tank, softens it up and make it easier for fish to become familair with but what do i know i am new to the hobby

feeding a fish lettuce is almost as bad as feeding a person kelp...does anybody still eat that crap?

your are better off feeding your fish nori or the packaged seaweed.
