Not all Walmarts sell RO water. I've looked in 3 of them near me and none have the in store filter that many others have. I had been buying containers of distilled there for 65 cents a gallon but I just went looking over the last 2 days and they were all out of stock.

I get my RO from Walmart. They have a unit there in the store. I bought a five gallon water cooler container for $11 and refill it for $1.58. They do sell it for about .68 in the gallon jugs.

if you must use tap water treat it with prime before adding it to your tank this will detoxify ammonia and nitrates also nutrilizes chlorine and chlorimine.making it safe for your stock
