The purple looks fine...and in time will look even better. I'm confident you'll be ready to frag and trade in no time!
The pics look good....we need to swap some stuff...especially after the purple matures!!!
I counted the blues the other day and there are 27 now...

Thanks NM I'm soooo happy to know how many blues you have now I don't think the mh's are very far in the future, hubby is obsessed with the montipora...he's like "hey come here I think it's grown and it's starting another little piece"... I figured he'd think, "oh that's nice a little purplish stick".

The Purple looks fine Wrassecal. Under full VHO it gets a pinkish tint to the base but under MH it will get MUCH fuzzier. This is the fastest growing SPS I have under VHO. Here's part of the colony:

Very nice, so mine should look like that in what? a couple weeks? Mine probably looks darker because four of my vho bulbs are 48 inches and the 2 actinics are 72" so it's pretty blue, especially on the ends. It's in the middle on the top though.
