Thanks. I'm thinking of starting a 50gal and am interested in these fish as tank mates. I'll definitely have to subscribe to your nano thread.

Cool it's under Aggressive Nano. It's prolly on the third page of the nano section by now. I'll post an update pic overthere aswell. I was also plannin to make it an all zoa and ricordia tank but not sure cuz these fish like to perch and that can irritate the corals.

your dwarf looks awesome! Are they fairly easy to take care of? Since my other fish died, I've been looking for new tank inhabitant ideas. What do you feed your fish?

Fairly easy. Regular water changes to keep bioload in check. I would say the hardest thng about keeping these types of fish is tryng to get it on a captve diet. The fuzzy dwarf is the easiest to convert and I hear the fumanchu is the hardest. I would go for a Fumanchu if ur lfs carries live ghost shrimp or guppies maybe even mollies. I Feed every other day. Chopped squid, silverside, mysis, and krill. I've been reading that krill shouldn't be fed to often as it can cause lock jaw and other digestive compications.

On second thought, I don't reply recommend a Fumanchu for a first timer. A fuzzy dwarf would be a better choice. May I ask y ur fish and how long ago.

thanks for the info! I put an anemone in my tank and the idiots swam into it!
I've just been tossing around different ideas and saw your pics and thought the dwarf would be pretty cool for a 30 gallon.

So went to the lfs yesturday to get a filter for my 1.5g tank but came home with a FuManchu instead. Wife was beggin for it. So today I ended up picking up a 40g tall to replace the 24g. Was very busy today and got everythng setup. So it's ready to go with a large CPR hob fuge. Will post the pic tomorrow. Need to get more rocks and a background. Also need to get another korallia #2. Oh yeah and some macro algae for the fuge.

okay so tank is actually only 35g tall...got some cheato in the fuge and a background..still looks empty though...im thinkin of adding a flame angel or something to get some real movement in there...im in need of a light fixture...but the fuge light is bright enough to get some light into the tank aswell..

Excellent!!
Don't you love how they stalk their prey... jerking their head back and forth. They are very interesting.
