My sea cucuber has white cotten looking stuff coming out of one end of him and my peperment shrimps are eating at it, whats up with that! Do you think he is sick? and what should I do!

I had him abput 2 weeks I dont know what end is what! but I think its his tailend that got that white stuff on it the other end has a hole that open and closes like he is breathing out of. I don't know if these guys shed or not? he is about 3 inch long and about half an inch is this way.

Well, I'm not completely sure what happened but it might have evicerated (expelled it's guts). They do this when stressed but I can't imagine what could have stressed it 2 weeks after you received it.
If it's healthy then it will grow back a new digestive tract and be good as new in a couple of weeks. It may not move much in the meantime.
As a precaution I would remove it to a quaranteen tank but I'm considered conservative. I would at least check it a couple times a day to see that it's not falling apart (dead).

i would put it in a quaranteen tank just to be on the safe side if you have not heard of a cuke nuke to make it short it can kill fish and other stuff in your tank if it is stressed or if it is about to die and i know what i am talking about i had one nuke in my tank and kill all my fish and some inverts.
