Full strength saltwater will work just fine.
For just slightly more than a pack of 100 Sea Monkeys you can get 10,000 Artemia eggs in a vial.

DON'T just dump the eggs into your DT. the shells of the cysts will get everywhere, and BS hatchwater is NASTY stuff.

I'd probably stick to the directions...doesn't the instructions say table salt?
it comes with salt. When i got them before, for fun, i think it said that the water was more salty than ocean water. And it comes with salt mixture stuff i think

Artemia will hatch just fine with Salinity anywhere in the range of 20ppm up to 100ppm. Used tank water is perfect.

im supprised, the eggs arrive overnight with ups ground shipping. Anyways, Im using the 1g for a hatching tank for the brine. How long after the shrimp hatch should i try to feed the blenny?

They should be fed as soon as they stop parachuting - the egg case falls off.

the BBS are nutritious for 24 hrs. after that, they have used up their yolk sacs and have grown a mouth. you can feed them with spirulina, beta glucan, finely powdered fish food, selcon, etc.

How long after they hatch should i feed them? Would it be ok to feed them the food that came with the sea monkeys? How often should they be fed? Im guessing this is a yes but should i feed them before feeding to the fish? Would it be pssible for the shrimp to breed in the DT if they somehow didnt get eatin, just curious?
Also, I fed the fish today and my fang blenny ate them. So now i can try to wean him onto prepaired food. But if i cant, would a grouper mess with it? The 75g is full of pods.

As Saxman mentioned baby brine shrimp do not eat for their first day after hatching. The sooner you present them as food to your fish the more nutritious they are. After a day, the only nutritional value will be what the Artemia have in their gut.
