seaweed food???

im thinking of getting one of those clips or simply a rubberband and attaching some "nori" to a sm piece of LR...do i have to boil or at least rinse it before it goes in my tank? Nori is the sushi seaweed stuff for sushi if im not mistaken????!?!!?!?!

I never could get them to stay attached to the rocks for long that way. Maybe you might have better luck. I just place mine against the tank and hold it in place with one of those cleaning magnets. As long as it's fresh and you keep the bag sealed up, I wouldn't worry about boiling or rinsing.
However I also feed with Romaine lettuce and store it in the freezer. Whenever I feed, I thaw it out in very hot water which softens it. Then I rinse it off in DI water before I put it in the tank.

sweet thxs 4 the tips...u guys think my fish will like it??? most are omnivors except the wrasse and hawksfish but they are eating flake as well so maybe theyll try it lol

o i do i feed frozen pe mysis and brine as well!!!! They dont dig these algae pellets so i was thinkin nori
