Sebae Anemone Help! Are sebaes and bubble tips a lost cause?

So this has been our second attempt at an anemone for our maroon clown. The first attempt, we were impatient and introduced it into our tank very early with little experience with saltwater tanks and their chemistry. (Still learning)
Our current Sebae anemone looks terrible. It has looked slightly shriveled since 2 days after we bought it. Tentacles are deflated... It is attached to a rock higher up in our tank and the clown still swims in it although the anemone is too small for it... I have heard that these are difficult to keep but how? What are we doing wrong? All of our other anemones, fish, corals, etc are doing great! Please help!
This is what I do know about our tank...
Setup August 2012
-48 Bow Front
-Current USA Nova Extreme Pro T5HO 10k/460nm Actinics
-CRP BAK-PAK 2 Protein Skimmer
-Cascade Canister filter system
-1 Powerhead, (soon to be 2)
pH=8.2
Ammonia=0
Nitrite=0
Nitrate=0
Phosphate=0
Calcium=450ish
We also add Iodine, Macrovert and a type of Phytoplankton
Stock
Maroon Clown
Firefish Goby
Beauty Angel
Watchman Goby
Foxface Lo
Yuma Ricordea
Carpet Anemone
Condy Anemone (Has not harmed anything or is touching anything)
Flame Scallop
Button Polyps
Star Polyps
Kenya Tree Coral
Feather Dusters

I apologize if I tell you anything you already know or have addressed but I am going only on what you have posted so I may rehash something you already know.
First of all, there is a very good chance that your condy is the root cause of your issue here. Though it may appear that your condy has not moved of harmed anything there is a very good chance that it is. They can and do wage very aggressive chemical warfare on new additions making the environment very inhospitable. In a small tank yours this is going to be an even greater issue than it could be in a larger tank.
I wouldn't worry about it though since if you want to add an anemone for your Maroon a sebae is not an option. There are a number of anemones that different clown species will host either in the wild or in captivity but sebaes are not known for acting as hosts for maroons. Tomato and of course the ever willing to host clarkii are the only two species known to host sebaes.

The anemone is a BTA, The Condy was introduced a week ago. The BTA has been in the tank for a month or so and has looked like this since we got it. The first day it did look healthy tho.

In my opinion you have too many anemones in this size tank......get rid of the carpet and the sebae.......the carpet will end up getting too big and eating your fish.....and the clown will never host the sebae
QUESTION: How many bulbs are in your light.....and what types are they?
Another thing.....there is no sure thing that a clown ill host....I have 2 beautiful bta anemones and my clown hangs out in the filter return

Am I reading this right- you have a Carpet,Condi, Sebae, and BTA all in the same tank? Why so many? Also, I have a Sebae and it hosts my ORA Goldstripe Maroon clowns just fine.

Lighting is a -Current USA Nova Extreme Pro T5HO 10k/460nm Actinics. 3 are 10k and 3 are Actinics. 6 total.
I have 3 anemones. A Condy, BTA, and a carpet. No sebae. I thought the BTA was a Sebae....

I hate to tell you this but you have 2 too many anemones for a 48 gallon tank. There just isn't enough tank for 3 anemones.
Your lights sound strong enough. I too have a 6 bulb T5 fixture on my 90 gallon. How old are the bulbs and who makes them? I use ATI bulbs (1 Purple Plus, 2 Aquablue Special, and 3 Blue Plus). They are a few bucks more than some of the other brands but they are good quality.

Bulbs are 4 months old, they are German made but I forgot who makes them....
Why is there not enough room for 3 Anemones? The carpet has always looked healthy and has never moved. The Condy has been the same... The only issue is the BTA which has stayed in the same spot since we bought it. And it isn't due to the Condy, since the Condy was purchased the most recent...

My reading comprehension clearly needs to be improved then. Sorry for my misunderstanding. I still think it is chemical warfare though and I'd still blame it on the condy. Those bad boys are aggressive in spitting out nasty chemicals.
Regardless, I am going to agree with the general consensus and say that that is way too much anemone for your tank. Personally, I wouldn't put any of those nems in a tank that size. I tend to be overly cautious though.
BTAs are one of the anemones maroons will host in captivity so that makes sense.
