It'll only be the little not in college... he'll stay in his school.
This is the only picture I have. I need to get in there again to take full house pics.
Thank you lord it has AC so I can ditch some of these chillers.
It also has a plug for an electric car... LOL. There's that Green Community thing again and how I came to have a concrete lawn (which will be grassed PRONTO!).

Yeah, after this is all said and done, i would def let the other real estate company know what a bafoon this agent is. I thought something was up when they just ignored you. Just because the time says the contract is dead, the agent has a responsibility to communicate. Lazy arse. When is the electric car coming?

We get like a couple of hot weeks in the summer. I like my tanks on the cooler side. I do not like them to stay at 80. For every point after 80 your oxygen level drops like a ton of bricks.
A also have a coldwater tank... it's set to 60.... that chiller will get a break.
I hope I don't loose something in the move.
I like the tripping maneuver.

We are meeting the inspector there tomorrow at 8:30... pics to follow.
I think the gardeners are mad at me. I heard them coming, so I ran out back and moved the garbage bin inside my garage. They always fill it up... and this girl needs GARBAGE ROOM. I wish I was one of those that was energetic enough to sell instead of toss.
