What's up? I read about your trip... sounds like fun. You saw a lot snorkeling... more than I generally see scuba diving.
How did this thread come back up?

you're welcome. Female Fuzzy's have only 4-6 vertical stripes on their pectoral fins, and they have smaller heads, which make their eyes look bigger.
The type of lighting you have can bring out great colors in your fish. I think that, coupled along with the lush colors of murphs reef really helps to bring out the best colors in his fish. A great camera is always good too lol.

yeah it was a fun time jcrim saw lots of cool things!
yeah i dont know how this thread came back up someone liked my fuzzy i think!
thats way cool Johnny Bolt that u know its a female are males usually larger too cuz this one is only like 3.5"s and has been that size since day one like 9 months ago....
it is a very yellow fish on its own here is an old pic under PC lighting and the current pics are under MH 20K which are very good for bringing out colors in fish and corals!
its true this is the only fuzzy dwarf ive seen at the LFS with such great coloring and charecteristics im glad i grabbed it when i did!

Yes, the females are known to be smaller overall, more often than not. The stripes are the first way to tell, but the smaller size, smaller head/larger eyes really give it away. She's definitely one of a kind
Good luck with the new tank.
