Shark pond construction pictures

Pond liners are pretty tough. When we redid our pond I tried to pierce the liner with a sharp heavy digging iron and it just bounced. I know our liner goes through freezing and thawing each year not to mention that we only have 6in of top soil and the rest shale.

Pond liners may be tough. But active sharks with sharp teeth can still bite in to them. And leave holes in the liners. This is why with sharks you should double line the pond (with 45 or higher mil). This way there's less chance you pond will leak on you.
Smooth hounds are the only swimming sharks that may be able to get by with only one liner(45 mil), since their teeth are very small & fairly blunt.

smooth hounds are the only swiming sharks going in this pond. Maybe a couple of bottom dwellers too.

Finallly started to fill the pond today. It's going to take a while, but the finish line is in site.

I've been out of town. I'll post pictures towards the end of the month when I get back. I'm getting a 3.5 foot bamboo and a horn for the pond that someone is getting rid of. krj-1168 here's my email delpizzo65@msn.com

My wife nearly wet herself when I showed her the pics. Lots of cussing !@$@#$#$%, and NO were the words I believe I heard. I guess I'll live with my three tanks. Sweet setup AC, cant wait to see the finished pics. My LFS gives me multiple bucket discounts (about 25%). I assume yours might as well. Have you considered a pond pump/filter setup for water movement. I have a 2000G koi pond with stream and waterfall, submersible pump in a filter box that might suit you water movement needs. I pumps 4000G/hr at 6ft head pressure, may be just the ticket for you.

Man, are you planning on becoming a "James Bond" villian or something?
An indoor shark tank?! You've got to be the only person who will risk getting eaten if his basement floods!
