Shipping question for bangguy or anyone?

I am trying to get some bristle worms shipped to me and I want to know the best way to ship them and if they can be shipped 2 day priority USPS? Thanks.

Overnight would be best but $$$$. I am sure they will survive a 2 day shipping. Just remember priority mail can take longer.

How should they be packed? Wet papertowels or just water and air or both. I think bang said use wet paper towels for most worms but i dont know about bristle worms.

If they can be shipped with some sand or algae that would be good. Lots of air, a little water.
