Nice looks like you could use more flow in there. I only see 1 maxijet but I could be wrong. Also I still think you might have chloramines in your tap water. While yes ro water really wont contribute to hair alge. If you have chloramines in your water it will wreak havoc on your filters. Making them less effective and that can contribute to hair alge. Your water looks like it has a greenish tint to it (or you just need to clean the glass) that is a sign of chloramines. Or like Joe said make sure your not using the waste water thats something I would not have thought of.

there are 4 ph in the tank 2 at the top and one large one behind the overflow and the one you can see
can i test for chloramines glass is a bit dirty

If chloramines are found all you need to do is replace the standard carbon block in your RO filter system with a catalytic carbon block.
