SIXLINE wrasse is gone :(

Well...yesterday I read a couple of different threads about 6lines.....I was about to post about mine ...when a light bulb went off....HEYYYYY...when was the last time I have seen mine
HMMMMMMMMMMM....as I thought this lights went out, so I figured I would look when I fed this morning, and tonight
this is my 54G BTW....WELL....NO SIXLINE..
SO I got out the flashlight (1 of 8 I have in this room LOL) searched the floor, under the tank....NOPE
SO, I can now say I USE to have a 6line wrasse in my 54g

I honestly have NO clue when the last time I saw it either....SO IN the 54G I have the lemonpeel angel, flame hawk, perc clown, 2 yellow clown gobies, and a longfin sleeper goby....crabs and snails....no shrimp thank to the Flame Hawk haha

If you have anything in the house that goes "meow", it may have taken care of that fish if it jumped. Did you check your filter? How bout a floor vent? I had a snowflake eel in a 150 gal and he became a jumper. He jumped out and slithered his way into my ac/heat floor vent. That was the last eel I ever got.

Well I have a couple of cats, but no floor vent, and I looked everywhere I could think of......so I guess it is just gone

OMG, my sixline disappeared too! I've been looking for him for a couple of days. I found little blue pieces of something near my brittle star but thought nothing of it. Well, I'm no longer in denial. It's gone. I think he freaked or stroked out when I put the scissor tail damsels in last weekend. Those little jokers are quick. They make MY head spin.

We never had a problem with our six line jumping out of the tank. Little salt water ghost shrimp yes. Did you check your lights? maybe he got caught up in there. Happens...... I've seen it. They just stick there. I'm sorry...... that does bite. I love the 6 lines. Love my possum wrasse more tho. Hes just the hippy.

Highly doubtful it could have gotten out of the tank.....and impossible it could get in the lights....they have covers.
I'm sure something ate it

I have a canister on the 54G.....so it can not get in there
and I highly doubt it could get in the skimmer
wish i can think of anything else :/ but i just dont know how they will die when sixline are hardy fish :)

i used to have 2 6lines in my 55gallon
the 2 fish would hang out together in there own corner of the tank
one dissipeared one weakend and havent seen it since
