ALSO...what size tank, what filtration, powerheads, stock list.....there are so many reasons/causes for the dreaded slime
and sooooo much to be done to get rid of it.....water changes, siphoning it out, etc

I have a 75 gallon tank with a 50 gallon sump filled halfway up (so basically 100 gallons total) with a remora skimmer and a scrubber. It just showed up for no reason out of the blue.
