Sluggish snails

Do snails get sick? Its been a week since I got them and something seems to be bothering them. Theyre alive but dont seem to have any strength to hold on to anything. They seemed fine at the LFS and in the bag. All other snails are fine except the 5 I bought. Ive done a water change and checked for nitrates so far and theres none.

Honestly Im not sure about 4 of them. One is definately an astrea. That 1 seems to be ok but doesnt move much.The other 4 I think are margaritas.Their shells arent like my turbos and the snail has more black coloration. They wont stick on the glass and tend to tip themselves over when placed on rocks.:notsure:
PH=8.2
nitrite=0
phosphate=0
Salinity=1023

Hiya,
At that temp, I'd raise your salinity to 1.025. Mine temp. runs between 79-82 and my snails are all over the place.
