Small Round Greyish Balls

They have been appearing in my tank for a month or so, some seem to be increasing in size. Had what appears to be the thin husk of one in the over flow. They are structurly strong when atached to my live rock. Anenome, Egg case ?

Do a search on "Valonia" or "Bubble" algae.
