How long have you had these snails?
What are the other water levels? (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, kH, and temp)
I know you weren't but I understand.
Ammonia, nitrite, ph, kH were all perfectly fine (i.e. 0, 8.2 etc)
temp is always right around 78-80
Nitrates are around 40 (I know higher than I wanted but not anything that I thought would kill them all.

Sorry to hijack you thread. I just feel it's important to know what you're measuring. A Specific Gravity of 1.027 at normal reef temperatures is a healthy level for marine snails. The Salinity isn't the problem.
