LOL...we got it here too....started as a slight dust....then went to freezing rain....now back to snow.....glad I don't have to go anywhere today, and hoping I get to sleep a little late tomorrow

my wife is out there now making a snowman i will post a pic when shes done.i am sur i will have to lift the top two sections.i hate this stuff.the roads are still good but its supposed to freeze tonight.i expect some firestation calls .at least its not windy out.

Is snow in Texas a good thing? I moved to SoAz to never see snow again. Hasn't quite worked out that way. Oh, I see your in the Metroplex. I would think snow is better than the usual freezing rain. Worst ice storm I was ever in when I drove a big truck was from Amarillo to DFW. It got worse the closer I got to big D.

yea ice is terrible.i dont like the snow but people here born and raised love it.i moved from buffalo.so an inch here and there is no big deal.

yep meowser looks like snow yuk.it has stopped here and seems to be melting.
ibew snow skiing will do that.i have tried a few times but i preferred my snowmobile when i lived there.nothing like no speed limit.i had a sled that would do almost 100 mph.that was 12 years ago .now they go 140.
i have water skied here a few times and it will get you sore like crazy plus all the water going up you nose when you cant get up on the skis.
i have so much bills clothes its nuts.oh to dream someday they will win the superbowl.

woke up to frozen pipes.no water.19 degrees.i dont see any broken pipes so thats good.i need to get some propane for my turbo heater and thaw the pipes.global warming my a++

Wonder what Al Gore is Doing now going WTF happened to the Glodal warming that was supposed to be Happening. My township since I live outside the city has gone thru all its Snow Removal Budget for the YEAR already luckily last year they hardly touched anything so they have a surplus there. The only people around here that are liking this are the Plow drivers.

Most of the snow here in NC went south and west of where I am in the center of the state (just outside Raleigh). What we got instead is ICE!
I can drive in snow, but this ice makes it perilous just taking the dog out to pee.
Fortunately (or unfortunately) I can login to work from home.
