A scopas should reach a ~5" long, maybe 6 in the 75. It'll be a couple yeas though. Also beware buying one too small - try to get one longer than 2". tangs much shorter than 2 can be hard to feed in qtine. The kole is a different genus (Ctenochaetus) and thus has a different body shape, but would not get much bigger than a scopas, maybe 1-1.5" longer. I'd go with the chromis, meself. Also I'd buy the tang & chromis all at the same time and qtine all at the same time. adding the tang & several chromis, looking at your other tankmates, you'd be about stocked in a 75......maybe 1 or2 more small fish, but that'd be it....remember all the fish you got will likely grow out and will likley double in size over a couple more years. And with a tang planned full grown @ 5-6, that's a pretty good bioload in a 75.
