No fair Googling
1. "When we get piled upon one another in large cities, as in Europe, we shall become as corrupt as Europe ."
2. "The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not."
3. "It is incumbent on every generation to pay its own debts as it goes. A principle which if acted on would save one-half the wars of the world."
4. "I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.
5. "My reading of history convinces me that most bad government results from too much government."
6. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms."
7. "The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government."
8. "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants."
9. "To compel a man to subsidize with his taxes the propagation of ideas which he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical."
10. "A government big enough to give you everything you want, is big enough to take away everything you have."

I had seen a few of them before but when you see them all together it is amazing to see how far the Democrat party has gone astray since the days of Mr Democrat, Jefferson whom they all seem to worship.
I think the Democrats need to rename their annual Jefferson day dinner for a political figure they have more in common with, Marx, Stalin, Castro,,,,,,,

Here's a quote for you.....
"You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is about the end of any nation. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it .
The late Dr. Adrian Rogers , 1931 to 2005 ~~~

"I don't agree that our nation must resign itself to inevitable decline, yielding its proud position to other hands. I am totally unwilling to see this country fail in its obligation to itself and to the other free peoples of the world."

I've been doing a lot of reading of Jefferson, Payne, and other founders. And holy moly if they were hear today. I'm not sure we wouldn't have another revolution. Even the "democrats" would make a libertarian look like a leftist.
The problem with our government is that it requires people to be selfless. Do you think many of the career diplomats would have had the honor and integrity to step down after two terms like Washington did? I don't think so.

I don't even think Harry Truman would be a democrat today.

it is laughable to say that Thomas Jefferson was a "Democrat". he was not, at least as that term is used today, he is probably the furthest thing from a "Democrat" that the White House has ever seen.
the fact that his strongest attribute was strict adherence to the Constitution should be a dead giveaway that he was no Democrat.

Since it is sinful to make me pay for something I don't believe in or agree with, I'm just gonna throw something out there. Halliburton. How much of our money has gone to this company?

Yeah, I've got an idea, lets attack one of the few companies turning a profit during this "recession." Heck we should close it down!

Yeah, the veep has a lot to do with defense contracts...
Check out who just got nominated for the deputy of defense, and his ties... This guy actually approves contractual awards. Go look who he actively lobbies for. If this really bothers you.
If it really bothers you, check out whose biden's kids have worked for as lobbyists...

Who did they have in the White House back in the 90's when they were getting the exact same type of contracts?
Must have been someone pretty powerful because Algore presented them with an award for efficiency.
