I don't know specifically what they're called, but I get them as hitchhikers, seem to be fine.

Looks like a bleached out mushroom possibly Discosomma sp. to me.

kind of..... bought from an 5 year established tank a friend of mine had
and there are lots of shrooms in my tank and his
I had green, and he had red

The color is not very likely to return unless either the anemone or the mushroom are moved - I'm sure the corallimorph is bleached because it's being badly 'stung' by the the very powerful carpet anemone.

the nem is moving I noticed today, he is now further back in the rocks and you cant see the shroom anymore
