By the way, is the fact that the green lanterns and alien eyes are so tall a result of them needing to be higher up in the tank or possibly inadequate lighting? They weren't as tall when I first got them and now they are a bit ugly :(

first one looks like green cyano. as for the other one, it looks too thick to be GHA. keep an eye on it for developing feathers. if possible, try to eradicate it before it spreads.
as for the tall stalks, yes, thats your zoas asking for more light. the t5-r's are about to be released for your tank i believe so you may want to check them out

GOT MY PAYCHECK TODAY. FINALLY! So I'm pretty much going to spend it all this weekend hahaha (hopefully not.... but most likely :p) so expect some new pics and plans. And if you follow me on youtube expect some talk about the same thing and pipe purchases!

Thank you and mixing the different types is a bad idea unfortunately. If it's able to be done it's because the tank is massive and they have enough room without feeling the need to kill each other. So I'm sorry but I'd say stick with two of the same variety.
yeah i know that but taking some ideas or seeing wat works well together helps me find or sorta guess what i want in my tank :)

When I was acclimating today this giant paper bag crunching sound came out of nowhere I thought OH %^%!@*&%!@ I left something in the LFS bag and it fell over!!! Turns out it was Mittens

thanks! l0l yeah i noticed something different but i thought it was just dusty water, since the tank is getting old
j.k! still working on the live rock i see, i only have like 4 pieces and a giant piece of base rock lmao, cool, so watchu get? I WANNNA SEE! Cute cat btw, i used to have one but it picked on my dog... (i know... weird...)

Ok so yesterday I went and got some new stuff so here it is!!
I was told these are green people eaters... Not sure if that is right though.

My blasto with some sort of zoa or palythoa anyone have an idea? I'm going to try to get a better pic of it on its own.







A type of Acan but not sure on what type.

I was told these zoas are called organisms

More on the way!!!
