spider worm? ID anyone?

I have this worm in my tank. The LF store guy says he doesn't think they hurt anything. They have really spread into almost all of my live rock. You only see the spider legs sticking out. I got this guy when I was feeding my corals. I used by baster to blow some sand off a rock and he ended up in the baster. Neat trick really..... Anyone seen these or have any in their tank????

Could be either a spaghetti worm or a spirobidae worm.

Will it hurt my rock? It seems like there is debris by their holes.

Im sorry not spirobidae...Cirratulid worm. Anyways they are harmless detrivours
