I currently have a 75 gal with a magnum 350 and a koralia 3 powerhead. I did my checks yesterday and my NH3=0 NO2=0.2 NO3=10
I do have one question. The other day, I noticed brown spots on my sand and on the tufa rock. I purchased 2 live rocks, one of them did have a brownish orange color to it, so i dont know if these patches are coming off of it. any ideas what it could be?
I am planning to get my CUC real soon, any recommendations on what I should get?

Looks like diatoms....a natural occurence with a new set up
as soon as the levels (except nitrates) get to zero, and stay there start your cuc (clean up crew) get a few different types of snails....nassarius, cerith, astrea

Looks to me like diatoms, normal for new tanks. It will come and it will go, no worries.
You might get a lot more before it clears up.
