I would say as a rule of thumb that 5inch of fish per gallon. so for instance in my tank i have a YT thats 4-5 inches, a Coral B thats 3-4 inches and a maroon clown thats 2 inches. thats roughly 11inches of fish in my 60g tank. multiply 5 x 11 and its like 55g, which means I am maxed out as far as bioload!
I would say that you are about filled up...maybe take out the cardinal fish and then add the pair of clowns, but you'll be pushing it. You have a good skimmer? you got plenty of rock so thats good.
ps this is IMO only, others will say your already maxed out, but I think your bout fine now...

i have heard if you have good bio filtration (lr and ls) you can go 2 in of fish per 5 gal. maybe just add 1 small fish and make sure your levels aren't going to spike.

Personally I think less is better...sounds to me like you have a well stocked 75 and additional fish could cause more problems than pleasure. Why run the risk of increasing your bio-load to the point that your filtration becomes less effective?
