I need some help please. My sisters boyfriend caught a stonefish while we were fishing this morning, I decided to bring it home and put it in my tank since we already caught it. What should I know about him? I know they are venomous and all that, but feeding and stuff. I am gonna let him chill for a couple days before I feed him, but what else should I know? thanks.

Hard to tell. What did you cetch it on? That you can start feeding it on a try weaning it to something else.

he had a piece of squid on there, should I let him be though for a day or 2 before I try and feed him? the little wound from the hook will heal too right, anything I need to worry about or he should make it? he seems fine right now, not breathing heavy or anything, just hanging in the conch shell...

lol alright.
do I need to worry about him being with a fimbraited and a chain link moray? I tried feeding him a piece of squid and he didn't go for it, I will give him a few days.

alright man I apreciate the response. I'll let him be for a while and then see if he will eat. My fimbraited moray went up to him but didn't bite, im asumming he is just curious of the new fish in the tank...
