There is no place that we don't know what kind of storms, cold, etc. is going to happen several days out, so all you have to do is be a bit conscientious and check out the weather before placing an order.

I'm one of the lucky few, my buddy works at fed ex. if I have a shipment coming in of anything live its by fed ex or not at all. because he will come in my house and open the box and float my stuff for me. now is that customer service or what?
