Strange worm spotted in tank

The other day we saw a strange almost centipede looking worm coming out from under a rock. Kind of peach colored. Is this a bad thing? Thanks for any help you can give me.

Sounds like a bristle worm, everyone that I have talked to says that they are good to have, they keep your sand clean.
