Summer heat!

Not sure if this is in the right place, but here goes. I have a 10 gallon tank with a CUC and clown in it. My problem is that now that summer is coming up the weather is getting warmer, but the weather tends to fluctuate in my area, and thep along with it. It isnt uncommon for it to be cool at night and blazing hot during the day. When i left my house this morning my tank temp was at 78 and when i got home it was at 82. So the temps arent extreme, but the change in temp is. My question now is, what can i do to keep this better regulated. I definitely cannot afford a chiller, and unfortunately have no air conditioning in my house.(sorry for the paragraph, i tend to ramble
)

Other than AC or a chiller, a fan positioned to be blowing on the tank during the daytime is your best bet.

Ok, how efficient will a fan be, will i still be ok when the weather gets even warmer, 100 degrees or more? This is definitely something i should have thought of

Also, and i know this is crazy and extreme, there is another room in my house that stays cooler during the day, could i, with a lot of help, move it there?

A fan can only do so much, I wouldn't bet on a fan keeping your tank cool on a 100 degree day, if you say, you have no air conditioning..
You have no A/C at ALL in your house? how do you keep cool on a hundred degree day?
If you sweat it out, well so will your tank.. a Fan isn't going to drop 100 degrees to 80...
You might wanna lower your lights on period to help with the heat too...

HAHAHA
Yeah, my apartment building doesn't have any A/C, I only just moved here last Sep, so the heat was going away at that point, not really sure how ill handle it...Grew up in 100-115 degree weather, but that was with A/C

Just another thought, what if i turn my heater temp up to 82, that way if there is a change, it wont be so extreme, this would be along with a fan
