My mouth is on fire . I just had some left over hot wings from dinner last night . IT sparked a thought that its been a while since we had a good ol hot wing thread so I figured I would Start a new one .

Did you see the Mythbusters episode where they researched what actually works to cool that fire? Milk it turns out seems to be the best.

Yeah ?
I'm letting it burn baby .
I made them home made and boy oh boy were they tasty . Way better and cheep than any wing place .
why would you eat buffalo wings only to cool them...
i had a buffalo chicken sandwich from sub-way (EAT FRESH!!) today, with extra buffalo sauce, jalepeno, banana, sweet peppers and onions, topped with some ranch dressing.

I've seen that episode of myth busters...it's a funny one. I've seen someone try that sauce too. I'm pretty sure I'd rather cut my tongue off...

I missed that episode, but any fat will work. If milk, use normal, not skimmed. The best is bread soaked in olive oil - takes the heat right away.
When I read the title of this thread, I thought of Talladega Nights where Ricky Bobby is praying to sweet baby jesus "watchin' your little einstein videos, learning about your shapes and colors..."
