T316, you're in a tough spot here. The current avatar is a loser. I hate to tell you the bad news but if you take that case to trial, the jury will fry you. On the other hand, if you succomb to the pressure and change it now, you show weakness and lose your credibility. If it was me, I'd take the man suspension and join the girls team for a while. They love the cute crap and there are some benefits to that side.

not another name, just an extension, check the date for darthtang. I could go old school with the name before that, but that would be girlie of me...so I only present names that can be valid...whom else would choose darthtang? But I concur, you are definitely on the panel....
we really need to get this panel and judge thing sorted out...

Seriously? Have you shot many other types of pistols? For instance, the Springfiled Armory XD series.
I've shot the Barreta 92 as well as the P4 Storm and didn't care for them at all.
Kimber 1911's are the shizzzzz. I love mine.

I have to agree berettas are nice. But there are other better guns. I'm a big fan of 1911's. I don't like the XD series that much as a plunker. But they are great work guns. And a springfield 1911 is great.
But if you've never held and shot a Kimber you've never held or shot a gun. That is almost as good as ---. They are more of a custom gun maker. Like driving a king ranch f-250 vs just a plain one.

Well, like I said, I have never shot a Kimber, don't even know of any friends that have one, so I'm not talking negative about it, but I do love my Beretta.
It appears that I am in a tight jam. I will succomb to the admission that my dog pic "might" not be the manliest of mancard avatar's, however it appears that there is not even an organized panel yet who can make the judgement. But I'm not usually a conformist to pressure, so I reject the notion of dog pic removal until at least after Christmas day. So, technically, maybe I am on temporary "suspension", but I should make another selection and have it up soon.....

You have major problems and shouldn't take this losing case. You could argue that it is ok to post pictures of you dog as an avatar. However it isn't acceptable to take your dog to the studio to get his pictures done.
If it isn't his dog, then he had to go google "cute puppy photos" and that in and of itself is disturbing. Then he had to choose the "cutest" and post it. These are serious problems.

I suggest an avatar or a bikini clad women (hot of course) holding a puppy with one or the other wearing a Santa hat. That way you get to keep your card and your puppy!

You have very valid points. But I was looking at the rule book and section 21c, paragraph f, line 3 directly states, if any said "cute" action by any man results in a date, or the opposite S-E-X croning over said individual because of it, this will not be a man card violation. As long as the man in question "seals the deal"...
If the "deal is sealed", our man lawyer would have to determine if maintaining an avatar is truly an "action".

Aaah yes... the catch-all mancard defense. So the issue remains, is T316 man enough to let out his inner dog and use the cuteness to get himself some tail?

Photographic or video evidence of sealed dealed must be brought forth with as the evidence or no less than 3 eyewitnesses of impecable character must confirm.

There you go, that is my defense...

Check all of the threads I have been in. I have had numerous chick responses related to the puppy. As far as rule book section 21c, paragraph f, line 3 requirement that I "seal the deal", well, my WIFE thought the puppy was cute too, and I can attest that I have "sealed the deal"...

So since the deal has been sealed, I will peel the puppy pic, by Christmas night, and replace with more manly depiction for further review.
