Sorry bro... new Man Supreme Court ruling held that the wife does not count for the "seal the deal" defense. The court compared that to a guy's own mother telling him how good looking he is. You have to keep up with the high court decisions in this field.

Okay, I lied. I made a change. CK found a way for me to compromise, keeping my cute pup, and adding a little manliness. So I resubmit for all charges to be dropped....

...heck, I might keep this till Easter.....

T316 loses points for removing said avatar to stay in the good graces of certain females on the boards. A true man would have kept it till the powers that be stripped it from them or cropped it to have it with in the rules of the board.....Your case is getting worse each day.
Currently the man law supreme court is considering declining your case all together and just sending Boy George and Perez Hi1ton to your house instead.

I'm not helping his case in other threads but before assuming, get your facts straight. You know what happens when you assume. Being that your biggest beef in the other thread was the Santa hat and Streb (the one who started this) has one on his gun, I think it is time for Tang to realize he has been defeated and enjoy Christmas. JMHO

Okay....glad that I could be the main subject dominating the boards tonight, but here's the skinny...
1) As you can see, I have reverted back to my "cute dog" avatar. Yes, I tried one that produced a little more 'eye candy', but in hindsight, and in keeping with the rules of the board, I removed it myself before subjecting the mods from the inevitable.
2) Questions arose regarding the whereabouts of the "cute dog". No, this is not my dog, but rather a stock pic that my 11 yr. old found on the Internet after he concluded that my previous "Rudolph" was old fashion. I agreed, liked it myself (at least for the Holidays) and so it was.
3) Women defending Men......I'll take Sep's defense any day of the week, and twice on Sundays. I think she has demonstrated that she has a brass pair, and is not afraid to step up to the plate when needed. Nuf' said.
4) Get on with the trial....either way, all this stuff is wearing me out. I'm content with my dog at the moment, and have committed no other violations, and as stated, I should have a new av by the end of Christmas day. But if not, I will continue to enjoy the benefits that my "cute" dog pic brings to me in the form of smiles from my kids when they see it on the computer, and the wife (luckily she never saw the other one), and the satisfaction of knowing that I'm a manly man, even if I like cute puppies.
Let the jury deliberate........

Siding with a woman that is not your wife only make you look that much more guilty...lol.

Men don't need woman's defense. The only reason we allow them to think they have any control is simple to take care of the weaker gender. Like letting your toddler think they are helping you clean.
Thus if you need a woman's defense you receive a default guilty verdict. And must begin your sentencing process. And the jury won't go easy on someone hiding behind a skirt.

I recommend No less than 4 hours of Sonny and Cher albums played at a loud volume. To be followed by Culture Club for 2 more hours. Then a study and 30 page report on the life of Boy George. Four hours of Martha stewart and The View on repeat to be watched while wearing a skirt and panty hose. Then a cooking class on how to make the perfect Quiche.
After all this done the convicted may immediately purge his system with a bottle of the scotch of his choice. Maybe after all of this you will remember why it is always better to be a man and refrain from the metro addiction you have partaken in.

Good god, the first two lines was a DEATH sentence, not a punishment.
