This is what UPS has on my light shipment..I couldn't copy the exact sheet like you did, but it has all the info. It's pretty amusing...What worries me is that my address does not appear and it did at first. Also note this little journey began 1 - 28 - 11

I've always found UPS to be an absolute NIGHTMARE. I almost never have a package arrive from them without some issue or another. They also keep delivering my neighbor's packages to MY house. I placed a group buy order not long ago and of course 2 out of 3 boxes arrived even though they were shipped on the same day from the same facility, what?
Ugh, I've almost gotten to where I avoid online retailers that use UPS. FedEx, on the other hand, rarely if ever ANY problems, and packages are usually delivered by noon (where its 6:00pm or later with UPS).

The arrow at the top shows how close it is to delivery..it's only halfway there right now. You can set up an e-mail alert and everytime they scan it they send you a notice of where it is. Use the tab on the right that says "add notification"
Mine began it's journey on the 28th of January and arrived today on February 9th
