Do i have to turn off all power heads when pointing the flash light at the surface of the tank, for the clowns to gather around the light? Because since the clown fry are so small and delicate, they would get sucked in, or blowed around the tank by the current.
My other question, is do i have to turn off the filters the evening that the fry are suppose to hatch?
* by the way bang i ordered the clownfish book that you reccomended me to get.. it should arive in about a week. :)
Thanks,

one more question.. :)
Bang,
I have seen how your clowns have developed in 52 days, and i have seen that at day 14 it still looked.. not really like a clownfish. And i have seen in TSL`s post on raising clownfish101, that you can start feeding baby brine at day 10, mixed in with rotifers, and approx at 14 days they can feed on baby brine. Would a true percula baby at the age of 14 days be able to eat baby brine?
Thanks alot!

I prefer to remove the eggs just before they are going to hatch.
Gathering after they have hatched will work fine too but powerheads are a no-no. I'd set up a nite light or a book light instead of the flashlight.

Little Nemo was severly malnourished and possibly damaged from lack of water flow during the hatch (all the others died from it).
My most recent Clownfish morphed into fish at day 7 or 8 and were eating Cyclop-eeze & BBS at day 9.

Thanks :)
.. i have heard that by letting the fry hatch in the tank, there is a better survival rate. If i were to take them out the evening that they are expected to hatch, how should i aerate them?
I will have in the clown fry tank:
a heater.
''no'' lights.
a wooden airstone connected to an air pump.

ok. :D
one more question bang..:D
Should i add a tile into the tank, because the rocks i have are big, and have coral glued in them, and the ones that dont have coral, are mainly the bottom rocks which hold the rock structure together. So should i add a kind of flat surface?
Thanks! :D :D
