I have two tangs. I heard the nori sheets on a clip are good for them, which I have already purchased and the tangs love munching on it as they swim by. It's actually quite comical and fun to watch. Seems they like the purple seaweed better than the green so far as that always disappears first.
My question was... is it bad to just leave the seaweed clipped in there all the time? Will it increase the nitrates? I have only done it for one day and they have already mowed through four sheets (well the foxface helped too). But I want to know for in the long run... will constantly having nori sheets up for them cause nitrates to go up and is that considered over feeding them? If so, should I just do like one sheet a day or something?
Thank you all so much in advance!
