I don't think anyone is going to agree on this show. I can tell you that even Renee and I don't agree on how things should be done sometimes, and at times, it has gotten fairly heated, even tho we trust and respect each other's knowledge pretty darned highly.
There's no doubt that everyone here is passionate about the hobby, and that's a great thing, but as we all know, there are 1000 ways to accomplish most things, and it all comes down to what works for each person. Case in point, Renee and I prefer not to drip acclimate a fish that has been shipped due to the pH/NH3 toxicity issue, but we don't flame everyone who does so, as it works for them, and most shippers say to drip them, nor do we EVER name our fish.
Those guys are HUGE in the biz, and yes, they have super high-end clients with lots of money to burn ($30,000 for a QT setup? sheesh), but everyone has their own level of enjoyment in the hobby, and that's fine too. It's their ingenuity and skill in designing systems and making them function that impresses me.
JMHO...
