All, no problem, expecially w/ how deep your tank is, now you just have to keep parameters in check.

i was just wondering is the lights are too close that they might hurt the corals. they're currently 5-6" off the water i think they should be fine but any other opinions help

Hey guys, I'm 16, been in saltwater for 5 years now. I have a 120 gallon reef (1 year old) and work for an aquarium service company.
