Obama wants to be US president and he has an associate who is a terrorist. that's not more unstable than McCain calling his wife a name?

Well, us silly blondes just can't compete with your incredible wit.....I'm just so overwhelmed with your smartness.
But, I though we agreed not to talk to each other? You specifically said I couldn't quote you. Are you saying that is off and you are free game?
Your nutty as a fruit cake . You poor disadvantaged thing you . I guess its hard to be taken serious when the world is only looking at you as a physical object ? Wish I was graced with good looks instead of brains .

Suzy and Crash, the two of you seriously need to stop throwing the little jabs. It distracts and takes away from any sort of intelectuality your posts might hold. If you can't debate like grown adults, do us a favor and stop debating.

Hey, I am just playing the rules you guys established! Are you saying you want to take this up a notch?
But, for every snide remark, I will make two! In this thread, or any others. My goal is to make the "I hate Obama" threads look like the silly BSers they are. I think we can kick up the "I hate McBush" thread more. Esp if I can get Crash to do his cutsey one liners.....That takes up like a quarter page!

I think it goes to how he reacts under pressure. He stated it was a long day, his excuse for acting inappropriately. Can we trust his judgement when he is under real pressure?
Really, if he just flares up for simple reasons, what will he do when we actually have an issue? Act calm and thinking? Or fire from the hip?
We already have two wars we can't pay for. How many more can we add to our children and grandchildrens bill?

I think your obsession with me is somewhat pathogenic. Maybe you should get away from your computer and find a real woman?

That's funny.
So, Ron Paul is on CNN. He is not endorsing McBush either.....the teaser is he is going to support a Democrat.
You gotta kinda feel sorry for McSame, if he can't get one solid endorsement besides Bush.

I would link to the latest WSJ poll showing the new record Bush just hit, but alas, I must just cut n paste:

But according to the latest NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll, the bigger problem appears to be John McCain's ties to President Bush.
In the survey, 43 percent of registered voters say they have major concerns that McCain is too closely aligned with the current administration.
By comparison:
* 36 percent have major concerns that Clinton seems to change her position on some issues (like driver’s licenses for illegal immigrants and the North American Free Trade Agreement, which her husband signed but which she now opposes)
* 34 percent say they’re bothered by Obama’s “bitter” remarks
* 32 percent have a major problem with the Illinois senator’s past associations with Wright and the 1960s radical William Ayers
* 27 percent have serious concerns that Bill Clinton would have too much influence on U.S. policy decisions if his wife is elected

That Bush might be the biggest albatross heading into November’s presidential election is yet another sign of the difficult environment facing the Republican Party.
Other signs of this?
According to the poll, 73 percent of respondents disapprove of Bush’s handling of the economy and 81 percent believe the United States is in a recession.
“You look at the political atmospherics, they are so clearly tilted to the Democrats,” said Republican pollster Neil Newhouse, who conducted the survey with the Democratic pollster Peter D. Hart.
Republicans, he added, “will need every break they can get.”
“This poll,” Newhouse said, “continues to show a very difficult road for Republicans in the fall .”

and besides, it is Ok for Obama to receive spiritual guidance from a pastor that hates White america I see no reason that a guy that was tortured by Vietnamese can hate "gooks" the rest of his life......and still be president. one didn't have the choice the other did. Guess which one.....

Well be that as it may, if I was running to be the President I would not use a racist term that is offensive to most Americans.
On a side note, there is a lot of talk that John was given special treatment from the Vietcong and was treated much better then most POWs. I could have sworn I saw a picture of him hugging one of his POW gaurds...

Some more good stuff on McShame.
McCain switched from Episcopalian to Baptist to get elected.
"John McCain grew up Episcopalian. He went to an Episcopalian high school. For at least 15 years, he has been listed as an Episcopalian in authoritative directories such as the Almanac of American Politics and Congressional Quarterly's Politics in America 2008. He told a reporter from McClatchy News Service in June 2007 that he was an Episcopalian.
"Suddenly, in September 2007, he's campaigning in South Carolina, the heavily Baptist state where George W. Bush barely managed to stop McCain's presidential campaign 8 years ago. And guess what? McCain tells a reporter "By the way, I'm not Episcopalian. I'm Baptist."
"When pressed, he said he's attended the North Phoenix Baptist Church in Arizona for more than 15 years, though he has never been baptized in that church. Now see, that's exactly the problem. Baptism is kind of a big thing in the Baptist Church. (That's how they got the name.) No baptism, not Baptist.
"Anyway, details aside, this is one very clear indication of how McCain has changed. Now, he's just another hungry politician, happy to pander if it helps him win. Which eliminates the very reason people were excited about him in 2000 -- his honesty."
He also was invited but didn't attend the 1995 birthday of Joe Bananas Bonnano, a mafia don.

Obama is a better man then McCain. No one here will argue to defend his pastor but how many people of his stature/position don't have some shady or questionable people in their past?

One more classic bit of info on grampy McShamey...
"... at Annapolis. McCain graduated 894th out of a class of 899."
