The time has come, the mantis who has been living large for 6 months must go.
My friend, also has a mantis so here is the idea.
History
We have 2 tanks 1 (215) 280lbs of LR and 1 (270) 300lbs of LR and we plan on doing both tanks on the same day. Start ealy and just keep working till the job is done.
************THE PLAN***************
We have a general idea where they are located so we are going to yank the rock and flush him out but have some questions.
Option #1
1) When I pull the rock out, I do not want to have much die off, so I am planning on the following. A) dip the rock in water from the tank to wash the rock off B) dunk the rock in seltzer. C) dunk the rock in high salentity D) Dunk the rock in Low salentity. I plan on repeating this until he comes
out.
Option #2
2) I was planning on using a kiddie pool, stack the rocks in milk creates and pour water from the tank on the rocks until he come out.
Not sure what is the best way but figured I would ask :notsure:
