I robbed the federal reserve .

You have to have 5 police APC build a bomb to distract the police and have a forgien safe house . All in all it takes like 55 energy to pull off . But to make a few million dollars its not that bad .

DANG!!! I am only on level 17. The highest heist I can do is Bank Robbery. I need a few more people to pull that off though. I play Mafia Wars more. I am getting into Mobsters though!
