The TANK TERROR!!!

Who is the terror in your tank?
In my 225G it is a toss up between the sailfin tang and the Blue hippo....they are both close to the same size, and very competitive....they also make it known that this is THEIR tank....when I add new stuff I have to secure it because they will pick up the item and TOSS IT
....
Lately they have been tossing snails
I guess they are trying to tell them to move..or be moved

Hermit crabs are mine...they pull food out of coral or cut into coral to retrieve the food out from inside them....walk on coral...move pieces of rock/coral... I hate them.

so far, im am VERY lucky i dont have any aggressive fish. i was worried that my flame angel would be very aggressive to any fish i added after it, but it really is an "angel" lol she is very nice, it was my first fish in the tank too O_O.
but i guess my tank terror is Phosphate. i bought some bad LR thats leeching Phosphate into the tank.

My copperband butterfly steals food from my sun coral. Not only is it a pain to feed them daily, he makes it almost impossible. I try to chase it away, but it is not afraid at all. I had to change the entire routine just to avoid him. He will also take food from any other corals. Now I have to wait till about 11 p.m. to feed the sun coral. So to make things more interesting, my peppermint shrimp learned my behavior, and now they are starting to steal the food, as least they are a little afraid of me.

You can cut the top off a pop bottle and use it as a cover to feed your coral. A turkey baster stuck down through the opening to squirt food into it works well.

or u can feed the copperband until its full, so it dosent take away the food from the sun coral, same with the shrimp!

He's in my 125. I've thought about taking all the rock out, but I really like how it's situated right now...and it'd be a real pain in the ass. But every time I put a new fish in the tank, he's the one that I have to worry about.

I've got two: a adolescent Koran angelfish and a large female gold stripe maroon clown. I've had both from the beginning with a 55g tank, and they're both still with me in the 110g. The Koran destroys any new rockwork I attempt to introduce (so obviously, no new corals) and the clown is just a big nasty b@#$h to anyone who gets in her way - including me.
I'm seriously considering getting rid of at least one of them.

For me, it's my royal gramma, he was the first in the tank, and he claimed ALL the rocks in my 55, My poor clowns stay in one corner all day because if they go near the rocks, my gramma scares them away.
Beautiful fish, but kinda annoying

It is my Flame Angel. Absolutely terrorizes my flasher wrasse. Doesn't touch my two clowns and mandarin though. It used to be my hermit crab. Becuase of similar issues, that went back to the LFS after about 2 months.
I am worried about adding anything to passive to the tank. I am hoping that a Long Nose Hawkfish can keep up with the Flame Angel.

I probably have the same fish as mel. It's a javaneese damsel and I'm taking him out today! He's taking bites out of my leather corals and causes huge sand storms. Not looking forward to moving rockwork...

That's exactly what mine is!!! I hate him! Maybe I'll break down and do it this weekend too, since it's a long weekend.

This may sound obvious but mine is an undulated trigger, he is a beautiful fish but he can be annoying when adding new fish or more passive fish. Here lately he hasnt caused any problems!

Got mine out by using a sheet of acrylic to block one side of the tank. I just left it in the water running the length of the tank and chased him over to one corner. Then I just turned the acrylic so it was front to back blocking him on that side. I have a 125 gallon with two overflow columns about 6" from the side, so the sheet of acrylic didn't have to be that big or awkward.
Minimal rock moving and my tank looks soooo much better without sand on everything. It used to be a daily task to keep the rockwork and corals clean. I feel so relieved!

Mine is a damsel. It won't let any of my other fish sleep inside the rock caves. It owns all 24lbs of the live rock basically lol!

one of the people in my frag club posted a video the other day where she was using a laser pointer on her clowns (her cat was bored with it) and they chased that thing all over the place even under live rock.
I was thinking maybe that would work with a damsel too and you could lure him into a trap with the laser pointer.
